The Roast Room was founded in 2016 by two friends who believed New York deserved more than just fast coffee. We source our beans directly from small farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, and Brazil — building long-term relationships with growers who share our commitment to quality.
Every batch is roasted in-house at our Vesey Street location using a vintage Probat roaster. We taste, adjust, and perfect each roast profile to bring out the unique character of every origin. Whether you prefer a bright, fruity pour-over or a rich, bold espresso — we've got your cup.
